Extrait: La programmation neuro-linguistique (acronyme francais: PNL, NLP en anglais; parfois avec des majuscules) est un ensemble coordonne de connaissances et de pratiques dans le domaine de la psychologie fondees sur une demarche pragmatique de modelisation, en ce qui concerne la communication et le changement. Elle a ete elaboree par Richard Bandler et John Grinder dans les annees 1970, aux Etats-Unis. Lorsque le psychologue, alors etudiant, Richard Bandler et le linguiste John Grinder, en 1976, inventent le terme de PNL, leur demarche s'inscrit uniquement dans le domaine de la psychotherapie, en s'inspirant du travail d'autres psychotherapeutes, dont Fritz Perls, Milton Erickson et Virginia Satir. Autour de 1980, ces concepteurs s'interessent a d'autres domaines comme ceux de la creativite, du sport, du management, de la pedagogie, et de la communication. Si les premiers modeles decrits en PNL sont linguistiques, ils sont suivis par d'autres outils permettant de reperer et de changer les representations mentales sensorielles d'un sujet. Le modele des niveaux logiques de Robert Dilts offre par la suite une analyse plus globale des problemes et une organisation coordonnees de toutes les techniques PNL. Une troisieme generation de developpements tend a emerger et correspond aux changements dans des groupes humains. Demarche se pensant comme pragmatique, c'est-a-dire orientee vers l'experience, la PNL se caracterise par la modelisation des gens de talent, c'est-a-dire par le repe...
