About the Book

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Pages: 41. Chapters: Cream, The Yardbirds, John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers, Eric Clapton discography, Pattie Boyd, Derek and the Dominos, The Concert for Bangladesh, Blind Faith, Delaney & Bonnie, Immediate All-Stars, Simon Climie, Eric Clapton's Powerhouse, Lucy, Blackie, Brownie, Crossroads Centre. Two of his most popular recordings were "Layla," recorded by Derek and the Dominos, and Robert Johnson's "Crossroads," recorded by Cream. A recipient of seventeen Grammy Awards, in 2004 Clapton was awarded a CBE for services to music. In 1998 Clapton, a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, founded the Crossroads Centre on Antigua, a medical facility for recovering substance abusers. Eric Patrick Clapton was born in...
