Since her marriage she has been known as Tiggy Pettifer. Legge-Bourke is the daughter of William Legge-Bourke (1939-2009), who served in the Royal Horse Guards after taking a degree at Magdalene College, Cambridge, then became a merchant banker at Kleinwort Benson, and was a Deputy Lieutenant of Powys from 1997 until his death.
