J This indenture, made the tenth day of the month of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight. between the Right Reverend George W. Doane, D. D., LL. D., of the city and county of Burlington, in the state of New Jersey, and Eliza G., his wife, parties of the first part; and Isaac B. Parker, of the said city of Burlington, gentleman; Thomas Milnor, of the same place, coal merchant; Richard S. Field, of Princeton, counsellor at law j Jeremiah Garthwaite, of the city of Newark, merchant, and Nathan Thorp, of Rahway, . of the county of Middlesex, and all of the state of New Jersey, parties of the second part, witnesseth, thnt the said George W.
