An Acre of Coppice Wood, of sixteen Years Growth, must undoubtedly be worth a great deal of Money, if it has been well managed: But at one and twenty Years end, the Value is much greater; so that I advise every one that plants ten Acres of Coppice Wood, to have Patience till the 21 Years are expired, and then to deal with the Country Parson as they please.
