Review :
"Managing Negative Emotions Without Drinking is an easy-to-follow workbook for clients who are receiving Emotion Regulation Treatment. It could also be used during other treatment programs or even outside of treatment to help anyone who reaches for a drink of alcohol when experiencing negative emotions, such as sadness, anger, or anxiety. Evidence-based exercises and skills taught throughout the workbook provide an immensely helpful resource for anyone struggling with their alcohol use." Katie A. Witkiewitz, PhD, professor of psychology, University of New Mexico
