Karen Davies, School of Law, Swansea University "A clear, informative, succinct and up to date text, with useful chapter summaries. The authors have successfully pitched the material considered at the appropriate level for non-law students. Very readable and easy-to-understand, with a user-friendly layout. Invariably popular with students, especially those for whom English is not the first language, who appreciate the simple and uncomplicated style and generous use of headings."
