This focus on current issues relating to e-commerce & virtual business is a refreshing change from previous business publications discussing e-commerce, which focus on technology... The papers challenge traditional thinking & rewrite business models to herald a new & exciting area of development that unites technology & business. This book has a well defined structure & the areas discussed are clearly segregated. It is divided into two sections. This is an interesting book, with case studies on organisations which vary in size, business & location. I would recommend the book to academics, and it is also of interest to practitioners, although it does not provide methods for implementing or capturing success.
