About the Author :
Joy Starks has taught at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis for 20 years. She speaks and presents at various conferences, seminars and forums across the U.S. Alec Fehl is an instructor of Business Computer Technologies at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. He has authored or co-authored books in a wide range of computer topics, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, A+/Net+ Certification, XHTML/CSS, and computer security and maintenance. Corinne Hoisington is a full-time professor of information systems technology at Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg, Virginia, with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She travels over 200,000 miles a year delivering keynote addresses in cities worldwide for customers such as the Microsoft Corporation, Microsoft Canada International Events, Cengage Learning, National Geographic Abu Dhabi, Capital One International Bank, Executive LIVE in London, Sydney and Johannesburg and the international South by Southwest (SXSW) event in Austin, Texas.
