POSSESSIVE PRONOUNS. 37. The possessive pronouns are either joined to a substantive or they stand alone; or in other words they are either conjoined or disjoined. The conjoined possessive pronouns are the following: Maseuline. Feminine. Neuter. meine, mem, my; beine, beiti, thy;, . feine, fein, his; /, -L U if)te, il)r, her; feine, fein, its; unfere, unfer, our; euer, euere, euer, your; tf)r, ifyre, if)r, their. 38. The conjoined possessive pronouns take the same inflexions as the article ein, eine, ein. Ex.: Singular. Plural. N. mein SSruber, my brother; meine Sriiber, my brothers; G. inetnes 53rubers, meiner JBriiber, T). meinent ffituber, meinen SJriibern, A. meinen (c)ruber, meine SSruber. 39. The-disjoined possessive pronouns are derived from the conjoined ones, by adding the syllable ig. ber meinige, bie meinige, bas meinige, mine; ber beinige, bie beinige, bas beinige, thine; ber jeinige, bie feinige, bas feinige, his; ber if)rige, bie ifyrige, bas ibrige, hers; ber fetnige, bie feinige, bas feinige, its; L' bet unftige, bie unfrige, bas unfrige, ours; ber eurige, bie eurige, bas eutige, yours; ber il)tige, bie il)tige, bas if)rige, theirs.
