About the Author :
Kevin Eagan is assistant professor in residence, Graduate School of Education and Information Studies; director, Cooperative Institutional Research Program; and managing director, Higher Education Research Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles. Lesley McBain is an assistant director of research and policy analysis at the National Association of College and University Business Officers. Kevin C. Jones, a former Marine, is director of strategic planning and assessment, Office of Institutional Research, Effectiveness, and Planning, at Polk State College.
