DECKER, PHD, NCSP, is an Associate Professor and Director of the Applied Cognitive Neuropsychology Lab in the Department of Psychology at the University of South Carolina. JOHN M. GARRUTO, DEd, NCSP, is a School Psychologist in Central New York and Adjunct Professor at SUNY Oswego.
