About the Author :
ALEX SINGLETON is Director of Communications and Marketing at large company with operations in the UK and China. He has over 20 years' experience in communications and marketing, and has trained and consulted for major brands, start ups and scale ups. Companies such as Kellogg's, Virgin Atlantic and FirstGroup, along with major charities and public bodies, have turned to him for his expertise. Alex spent three years as a journalist at The Daily Telegraph in London, where he gained an inside view of how media outlets make decisions. He has been interviewed by the BBC, ITV, CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg, and has appeared on Channel Four's comedy show 10 O'Clock Live. Alex is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has an MBA from Surrey Business School.
