About the Author :
Erich Goode is Emeritus Professor of Sociology at Stony Brook University. He is the author of 11 books, mainly on deviance, crime, and drug use, which include Deviant Behavior (10th edition, 2015), Drugs in American Society (9th edition, 2015), and Justifiable Conduct: Self-Vindication in Memoir (2013).
