Using as a starting point the work of internationally-renowned Australian scholar Sam Ricketson, whose contributions to intellectual property (IP) law and practice have been extensive and richly diverse, this volume examines topical and fundamental issues from across IP law. About the Author :
Graeme W. Austin is Professor of Law at Melbourne Law School and Chair of Private Law at Victoria University of Wellington. His books include Human Rights and Intellectual Property: Mapping the Global Interface (Cambridge, 2011) and International Intellectual Property and the ASEAN Way: Pathways to Interoperability (Cambridge, 2017). Andrew F. Christie is Professor and Chair of Intellectual Property at Melbourne Law School. He has held distinguished visitor positions at the University of Cambridge, Duke University, North Carolina and the University of Toronto, and was identified by Managing IP as one of the 'world's fifty most influential people in intellectual property'. Andrew T. Kenyon is Professor in the Melbourne Law School and has previously held visiting research positions at the University of British Columbia, London School of Economics and Political Science, Queen Mary University of London, and University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He researches across media law and is the author of Comparative Defamation and Privacy Law (2016).
