About the Book

As a general practitioner I asked myself in the 1970s, why is it that so many people get prematurely ill and die before the age of 60? The search began for me after the first ten lung cancer patients I encountered. Of these, 6 were bird keepers / breeders. During my trip to the Galapagos Islands in 2016, a Canadian doctor told me during conversations on the Xpedition that brain tumors are more common in veterinary surgeons in Canada. I decided to do a literature study on this and it turned out to be true for Canada, Sweden, the US and the poultry industry.Only modern man has been able to control the reproductive processes and to free himself from the instinctive process of reproduction in the mid-twentieth century. Artificial insemination techniques are also the result of this insight. The increase in meat products and dairy production in the West could only be achieved with artificial insemination of livestock and the animals unilaterally fattening with soy flour, corn and fish meal. The unbridled breeding of animals, through artificial insemination of cattle and with incubators for poultry, has a devastating effect on our health, nature and the climate. Fast food, unnatural food and meat consumption lead to obesity, vitamin deficiencies, chronic diseases and premature death. Cancer is now the main cause of premature death.Chronic conditions in the elderly have been increasing for half a century. Since half a century, our diet has also changed considerably. The share of meat products in our meals has increased significantly. The strongly increased meat production is a major cause of chronic aging diseases and global warming. During the ice ages the Cro-Magnon man was forced to eat more meat because there were fewer grains, fruit, nuts and seeds. Will modern man start eating more fruit and vegetables now that the earth is warming up?
