A Good Book for You.This is a very Nice simple book all about Chakras that explains each one with descriptions and color pictures without getting involved in long winded explanations. There are lots of useful information on such things as Auras, Planets, stones, breath, and etc. I bought this especially to use in my Journey and for points of clarification (If needed) in meditation. Overall, I feel that it was worth the price as it's well written.

Unique and Comprehensive Book
Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2015I found this book captivating and comprehensive beyond any expectations. The author shares the animal totem, zodiac sign, aroma, gemstone, and even the Sanskrit name for each chakra, later going in depth on each of these aspects. Especially enlightening are the deficiencies and excessive chakras. This is very helpful in understanding your own state easily as is the list of major symptoms of negative energy. Animal totems for the chakras is a unique observation. She then goes on to detail many modalities that will take you further in your journey of self-exploration. She leaves you with a truly complete overview of the chakras that I have not seen before. Well worth examining and so easy to read. You will keep as a reference book. MS LIZ
