Every chapter had me sitting on the edge of my seat...
I confess I have never been a scifi fantasy fanatic but I decided to give this book a chance as it was highly recommend to me from a family member. The fact that this genre of book isnt my usual preference & it had me instantly hooked speaks volumes in itself. I honestly didnt want to put it down! Kudos to the author for their brilliant writing, this book had me hooked even before chapter 1 was done...even after the 533 pages I didnt want it to be done! I wanted more suspense, more action, more, more more of everything, it was so exciting!...I could actually visualize this book being made into a television series, it's THAT good!

Good Sci-Fi debut novel
If you pick up a book, read the first page and find that you can't put it down, you know that story has hooked you !! I picked up this book, got hooked and couldn't put it down. It captures your interest from the start . The characters are developed into such amazing people that you find it hard to leave them on their journey ! The choice of words, phrasing, the way the story unfolds are just the beginnings of the capture . It takes you on a journey with twists and turns that will leave you hanging on! You are in a constant state of what is coming next. The ability to create a story that captures you from the get go is truly an accomplishment . Take the journey and enjoy the trip !! It is so worth it !

Can't wait for the next book
It takes a lot for me to focus and not get side tracked when I read a book. This book kept me on my toes and locked into each page and each character. I could not put it down. I absolutely can not wait till the next one is released. This new author is brilliant!!!!!!
