Her knowledge spans usability, information architecture, accessibility, content strategy, web writing, and web governance. As a trusted advisor, she works with clients to understand their goals and audiences, and the connection between them. Stephanie blends strategy with empathy, to craft user-centric experiences that drive measurable results.Stephanie has been an independent consultant since 2017. Prior to this, Stephanie spent 12 years as a UX lead at a digital agency. She started her career at an Internet Service Provider selling dial-up accounts. Roles as emarketing manager with an email service provider, then as product manager for a search engine followed. Stephanie is a lifelong learner and mentor, eager to share her craft. In addition to client workshops, she presents at conferences. As well, she has created and taught several post-secondary executive development courses. Stephanie volunteers with Techsploration, supporting young women exploring careers in science, engineering, trades, and technology. She has a Business Administration degree from Acadia University.
