About the Book

Thalia, a young lesser fae apprentice healer, fulfils her lifelong dream when she's accepted into the revered Temple of Amara. But her excitement is soon shadowed by vivid, recurring dreams, visions of a silver forest and a mysterious male with eyes like starlight, stirring a yearning she doesn't understand. As her training deepens, so does her entanglement with the enigmatic Vaelith, whose powerful presence is as captivating as it is unsettling. When a patient arrives stricken by a strange, unexplainable illness, Thalia's search for a cure leads her into the buried truths of her world, secrets tied to the long-believed deaths of the High Fae and their ancient war against the dragon fae. Caught between loyalty, desire, and a destiny she never expected, Thalia must face a truth that could reshape the realm itself.

About the Author :
Adele is a romantasy writer whose love for storytelling began early, sparked by a childhood filled with books and Disney movies. It was in those magical, romantic worlds that the dream of writing her own stories took root and never let go. She freely admits to an entirely healthy (in her opinion) obsession with winged males, a fascination that tends to show up in the characters she creates. When she's not lost in plotting or writing, you'll find her with a cup of tea that's rarely empty, a cozy constant in her creative process. Originally from Glasgow, she now lives in the beautiful west coast of the Scottish Highlands. Adele shares her home with her three wonderful children, two mischievous cats, and her real-life Prince Charming. Her husband's love and support are not only the foundation but the heartbeat behind every romance she writes. When she's not writing, you will find her curled up with a blanket and a good book or setting off on another family adventure, through misty hills, quiet lochs, and beautiful castles. For Adele, making memories with her family is another kind of magic, one that lingers long after the final page.

Review :
Just finished binge reading this. Cursed Dreams really shines when it comes to world-building - the way the settings and atmosphere are described is so vivid, you can easily picture yourself right there alongside the characters. There's a lot of creativity packed into this book, and you can tell how much care went into crafting the world. 5.0 out of 5 stars 5 AMAZING STARSReviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 July 2025 I have never been kept guessing as much as I did with this book. I was audibly shouting "WHO IS THE BAD GUY HERE?!" because I just couldn't decide! This story felt BRAND NEW to me which in a very saturated romantasy market, is very rare. The characters had snippets of other book aspects which I loved but the author joined them together in such a perfect way. I don't want to name any names of books to avoid spoilers but once you read it, you'll get it! This very quickly jumped up to be one of my favourite 2025 reads and when I say I'm gagging for book 2, I mean it. Love love love. 5.0 out of 5 stars CaptivatingReviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 August 2025 When you're torn between not being able to put a book down, and not wanting it to end- and when it does, you're left with a sense of emptiness wanting to know what happens next in the lives of the characters who have lived alongside you and invaded your dreams since you read the first chapter. The beautifully descriptive writing leaves you feeling that you're there alongside the characters, becoming lost and part of the story yourself. It's been a long time since a book has held me enthralled in the way this one has, and I can't wait for the second book. Well worth a read, but only if you have time to lose yourself in a fantasy world, which seems so real,
