Katrina Azer is a New Zealand pharmacist, writer, and speaker known for purpose-driven storytelling that helps pharmacists move from burnout and misalignment to clarity and courage. She founded the Australasian Precision Medicine Academy (APMA), served on advisory committees both in local and central government, serves on the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand board, and has been recognized at the NZ Primary Healthcare Awards multiple times. Through her platform "Unscripted by Kat," Katrina blends memoir and practical guidance to spark career reinvention, creativity, and faith-sensitive reflection for healthcare professionals.
