About the Author :

Kalyan Kumar Sahoo has 24 years in academia following four years in corporate. He holds a Doctorate in Management, MBA in Marketing, and PG certifications from IIM, Nagpur. He specializes in strategic management and marketing, having supervised three doctoral and 25 master's students. He has authored three books and over 36 academic articles. He is a member of ISTD, AIMA and is a Chartered Global Investment Analyst. His expertise spans business strategy, marketing, and pedagogy. He was a former professor at Leeds Trinity University, UK before joining at Medicaps University. He is currently serving as a Senior Professor at Faculty of Management studies, Medicaps University.

Parul Sharda is a management academician and researcher with over 18 years of experience, a Ph.D. in Management, and over 50 publications in leading indexed journals. Her work focuses on international business, entrepreneurship, and women empowerment. She serves as State Convener (RFI) and State President, Financial Literacy and Management (WICCI). Honoured with awards like the RULA Best Researcher, Global Empowerment Award, and SDG Ambassador Award, she is known for her impactful mentorship, leadership, and contributions to innovative management education.

Ruchi Kushwah is an Assistant Professor in Finance at the Faculty of Management Studies, Medicaps University, Indore, with over 15 years of academic experience. She is a recognized Ph.D. supervisor and currently serves as Secretary of the Departmental Research Committee. Dr. Kushwah has also been associated with IIM Indore, contributing to teaching and research excellence. Her areas of interest include Finance, FinTech, Financial Inclusion, and Sustainable Finance. She has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in conferences, seminars, and academic initiatives, reflecting her strong commitment to quality education and scholarly research.
