About the Author :

He is currently Head of Department, Power Systems in School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Lovely Professional University. His Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from MM (Deemed to be) University, Ambala. His research interests include Electrical Machines, Artificial Intelligence, Load Frequency Control, Electric Vehicles, Waste management, Renewable Energy, Internet of Things and Modernization of Smart Grids. He has published more than 110 research papers in reputed Science Journals and Conferences. He has organized several workshops, summer internships, International Conferences, special sessions and expert lectures. He has also published 15 Indian patents and 1 copyright. He has supervised 1 PhD scholar, 10 Postgraduate scholars and more than 30 undergraduate student’s projects. He has attended/Participated in twenty-four National/International Online webinars. He has edited 15 books in different areas of Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He is associated for editing work with top publishers.

Himanshu Sharma has completed his Ph.D. in the area of power electronics from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh. He did his M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh.
