About the Author :
Heather Holmes (Author) Heather Holmes is a literature expert, a GCSE literature examiner and team leader, and director of English with a large multi-academy trust. She has worked in a number of schools, holding positions within senior and department leadership. Heather is also a doctoral researcher with the University of York, investigating the reading habits of secondary school English teachers. She has a nine-year-old football fanatic for a son, which means she understands the offside rule and has read all Matt Oldfield's Ultimate Football Heroes books. Lisa Angus (Author) Lisa Angus is a literature expert, a GCSE literature examiner (former A-level examiner and team leader) and director of English with a large multi-academy trust. She is also an NPQ facilitator for the National Institute of Teaching. Lisa has worked in a variety of educational settings, fulfilling roles including leadership and head of department. She is a prolific reader with a penchant for psychological thrillers. She has a four-year-old daughter, which means she knows every line from Frozen and can recite The Gruffalo with her eyes shut.

Review :
Such a wide range of practical teaching ideas to inspire a passion for reading and genuine enjoyment of literature in young people.
