Review :
"The Vibrant Organisation takes the science and stories of creating vibrant organisations and converts them into a playbook of practical steps any leader can use. An essential read." Neil Munn, Global CEO, Bartle Bogle Hegarty. "The Vibrant Organisation provides a rigorous, evidence-based analysis of the neuroscientific and psychological states fundamental to engagement, productivity and development at work; it forges a missing link in business science." Adrian Webb, former Board Director, Gocompare, and co-founder of Adeki Performance. "Very occasionally a book is written that actually has something fresh, valuable and easily accessible, to add the world of human development in the business context, and this is undoubtedly one of those books. To not read it it is to miss out on the chance to bring to life your and your peoples best selves. If you want to leave a meaningful legacy, and be remembered for all the right reasons, put the clear, simple principles and practices of this book into action". Jeremy Sweeny, executive and team coach, working with some of the world's most senior leadership teams. "A book of substance, style and simplicity that provides today’ leaders with a practical neuroscientific framework from which to build cultures of genuine excellence and well-being. A must read for any leader of any team or any organisation". George Karseras, CEO TeamUp and author of Build Better Teams: Creating Winning Teams in the Digital Age. "I highly recommend Duncan’s powerful storytelling to all leaders across the globe grappling with changing culture by tapping into what cannot be found on a spreadsheet - the power of human potential" Jackie Gittins, CEO Coach Nudge.
