It elegantly covers several topical and important aspects of corporate governance, and forms an invaluable guide for researchers, practitioners and policymakers.' Bobby V. Reddy, Professor of Corporate Law and Governance, University of Cambridge 'This collection of papers provides rigorous and thoughtful analyses of the role that the dialogue between boards of directors and shareholders plays in the governance and long-term performance of companies.
