It covers tips for body, soul and spirit and and step-by-step plan you can follow. Started Susan's 7 Step plan a week ago and already feel so much better. The bloating is gone and I have lost 10 pounds! This book will help you live your life to the fullest, just as God intended! Motivating, convincing and helpful. Wish I was equipped with this information a long time ago. Looking forward to getting healthier and increasing energy through improved eating habits. I had no idea some of our food has such negative consequences due to genetic modification and processing. As I work through putting the author's "7 Steps" into practice, I refer to this wonderful resource quite often. I knew I was making great strides toward better health when I began daydreaming about how I would prepare zucchini for dinner instead of searching for my stash of Peanut M&Ms! Highly recommend!!
