About the Book

The CFO's Guide To Understanding Corporate Real Estate Transactions provides financial executives with added strategic expertise and offers a structured approach to achieving their corporate real estate transaction and business objectives. "Extraordinary reference guides that provide financial executives with proven tools to minimize risk when making important real estate decisions for their companies." Corporate real estate is an interesting business, one where many financial and business executives believe that they completely understand how it works. While the principals of corporate real estate are simple (buy low, sell high!), the execution of a company's real estate plan can be quite complex, and requires business savvy, foresight, and specific expertise. The CFO's Guides provide financial executives with valuable tools to support their own financial and strategic expertise. The information and ideas in The CFO's Guides are based on our CEO having spent more than two decades providing real estate advisory and transaction services to financial executives at public, private, domestic and global corporations, and at not-for-profit organizations. While comprehensive, The CFO's Guides are easy to read, and are not intended to be all encompassing. Rather, they offer a structured approach to determining and executing on your company's service provider and transaction needs.
