About the Author :
Gwen Nalls and co-author Daniel Baker collectively spent 45 years as contractor executives and directors of major departments at numerous highly classified U.S. DOE/NNSA sites: Mound Lab and Fernald in Ohio, Hanford Site-Richland WA, Super Collider-Dallas, TX, MOX Project-Aiken, SC and Gaseous Diffusion Plant-Paducah, KY.. and the Y-12 National Security Complex. Gwen has degrees from the University of Dayton (BS), Central Michigan University (MS), Chase College of Law (Juris Doctor), Northern Kentucky University. Daniel served 25 years with the Dayton, Ohio Police Department as Detective Commander of the Violent Crime Bureau and the Hostage Negotiation Team. He was also Executive Director of the University of Tennessee's Law Enforcement Innovation Center and National Forensic Academy in Oak Ridge, TN. He holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Dayton. DANIEL BAKER spend 25 years with the Dayton, Ohio Police Department as Detective Commander of the Violent Crime Bureau and Hostage Negotiation Team. He also spent eighteen years as a prime contractor Director/Senior Manager, Nuclear Safeguards and Security at DOE/NNSA sites; Mound Lab-Ohio, Hanford Site-Richland, WA. and Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge TN. Baker has also served as Executive Director, University of Tennessee Law Enforcement Innovation Center and National Forensic Academy in Oak Ridge, TN.
