About the Book

Every day, people innocently acquire ordinary personal and household items that secretly come with spirit attachments, demonic forces, residues of the dead, and curses. They are shocked when the haunted objects create a paranormal nightmare. For decades, John Zaffis, star of "Haunted Collector" on SyFy, has helped victims of terrifying spirit invasions that began with dolls, toys, clothing, games, art, antiques, furniture, jewelry, and musical instruments. His Museum of the Paranormal houses the strangest collection of haunted items on the planet. In these pages, John Zaffis and Rosemary Ellen Guiley, the two biggest names in paranormal expertise, examine John's most frightening cases of haunted objects. These stories will make you think twice about every single item you own.

About the Author :
John Zaffis is one of the best-known and most popular authorities in the paranormal. His career of more than 40 years began with working with his uncle and aunt, Ed and Lorraine Warren, noted investigators and demonologists. John was drawn into paranormal investigation and demonology, and gained firsthand experience in cases of hauntings, possession, and exorcism. He has worked with prominent exorcists from a variety of faiths. John's research has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, England, and Scotland. Over the years he has handled thousands of cases involving ghosts, poltergeists, demonic and diabolical entities, and haunted objects. He has also worked extensively with mediums and psychics concerning the afterlife, spirit communication, near-death experiences, and past-life recall. John starred in his own paranormal reality show about haunted objects, Haunted Collector, on SyFy for three seasons. John runs the Paranormal Research Society of New England, an investigation group he founded in 1998. In 2004, he created the John Zaffis Museum of the Paranormal for the collection. Rosemary Ellen Guiley is a leading expert in the paranormal and metaphysical fields, with more than 60 books published on a wide range of topics, including nine single-volume encyclopedias. She has worked full-time in the field since 1983, researching, investigating, writing, presenting, and teaching. Her work focuses on problem hauntings; interdimensional entity and spirit contact experiences of all kinds; "portals" or geographic areas of intense paranormal activity; technological and mediumistic communications with the dead and spirits; the afterlife; angels; fairies; dreams; spiritual growth and development; and psychic skill building. She has done ground-breaking research on Shadow People and the Djinn. She is also involved in ufology, cryptozoology, past-life regression, and reincarnation. She spends a great deal of her time out in the field conducting investigations and research. Rosemary heads her own multi-media publishing company, Visionary Living, Inc., makes numerous media appearances on radio, television, and film documentaries. She had two guest expert appearances on John Zaffis's Haunted Collector.
