About the Book

Psychology is perhaps one of the most important disciplines that one could study. By mastering psychological concepts, and incorporating them into our daily lives, we have an oppportunity to become greater than we have previously imagined. This holds true even in the context of social justice movements such as Black Lives Matter. In this brief manual, Dr. Menzise provides an overview of major psychological concepts and applies them to the context of social justice movements. The reader will receive insights from both the Western and African psychological perspectives.
