Andreas Moritz is een gezondheidsexpert en schrijver, die ondertussen over de hele ereld bekend is. In zijn boek Kanker is geen ziekte toont hij dat kanker een van de laatste redmiddelen is van uw eigen lichaam. Het ontstaat als gevolg van eerder onoplosbare gezondheidscrises en heeft de bedoeling de levensbedreigende veroorzakers van die crises uit de weg te ruimen. Volgens Andreas Moritz is het opruimen van de oorzaken absoluut nodig om uiteindelijk de genezing van lichaam, geest en ziel mogelijk te maken. U wordt in dit boek geconfronteerd met een radikale en vernieuwende denkwijze over Kanker. De traditionele aanpak bestaat er nog steeds uit de kankercellen te vernietigen, operatief te verwijderen, of ze door middel van bestraling te verbranden; iets wat slechts in 7% van de gevallen succes heeft. De meeste van de 'overlevenden' blijven doorgaans niet meer dan vijf jaar van de kanker verlost. Dr, Hardin Jones, een bekende kanker onderzoeker aan de University of California (Berkeley) zegt hiervover: "Patienten die niet worden behandeld, gaat het zeker net zo goed, zo niet beter, dan wanneer ze wel behandeld zouden worden." De gepubliceerde successen en de overlevingsstatistieken van de traditionele kankerbestrijding staan lijnrecht tegenover de hoeveelheden van genezen patienten, die geen enkele behandeling ondergaan hebben. Het is zelfs zo, dat er duidelijk meer mensen aan behandeling sterven, dan er door genezen worden. Verder wijst het de weg hoe hindernissen op weg naar de zelfgenezing van uw lichaam, te nietgedaan kunnen worden. Kanker is geen aanslag op uw leven, het probeert in tegendeel uw leven te redden. Wanneer we niet in staat zijn onze opvattingen over kanker te herzien, dan zal het voor een op de twee mensen een dodelijke bedreiging blijven betekenen. In dit boek wordt een deur geopend voor iedereen die bereid is de machteloosheid van de slachtofferrol op te geven, om uiteindelijk ziekte door gezondheid te vervangen.
