About the Book

Take a moment and imagine your history books devoid of war. Envision entire civilizations absent of heinous crimes against humanity. A planet spared from the plagues of slavery, cultural genocides, and the colonization of indigenous nations by foreigners. Would you dare make the choices necessary to maintain this Utopia in which universal peace existed? Could you ignore the Devil whispering in your ear, luring you away from a world in which loving your fellow man was the expectation, not the exception? In a state of reverie, an impractical idea of world peace has given birth to a culture in which the human race has chosen to live free of violent criminals. Instead, criminals have been systematically exiled to the lone prison city, Katingal, constructed in a far corner of Earth. Sentenced for the remainder of their natural lives, the wicked pit themselves against their soulless brethren. Exposure, disease, and starvation claim their victims daily. Those who survive nature's wrath negotiate the perils of the prison city through murder and cannibalism. All the while, this inimitable death sentence satisfies civilization's aim to punish the world's irretrievable outcasts. Charles "Yäbälay" Gravo is the criminal mastermind behind the world's largest human trafficking network. As a prime most-wanted fugitive, he sets into motion events that will forever alter the realities of both civilization's Utopia and Katingal's Hell.

About the Author :
T.H. Moore is a Southwest Philadelphia native who relocated to Camden, New Jersey at the age of ten. He's an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Morgan State University. His career as an Information Technology Consultant and Real-Estate investor has afforded him the opportunity to travel to many countries all over the world as well as the majority of the United States. Blending experience with imagination helped formulate the basis of, and inspired him to write his first novel, The End Justifies the Means. His second novel, The Devil's Whisper, is uniquely creative fiction that ventures away from the inspiration of his own life experiences. In The Devil's Whisper, he dives into a darker set of dual protagonists whose sole objective is to survive the circumstances of the world they live in. T.H. Moore is the proud father of one son, Jason, and currently resides in Virginia, where he is working on the next two installments of The Devil's Whisper trilogy.

Review :
"My daddy always told me to aim high." And indeed T.H Moore did with THE DEVIL's WHISPERS. Right from the jump we are hit with an undefined action that illustrates the strings of power by a unique set of characters that I know breaks the barrier of fiction and crosses into the plains of reality. This is a world I would love to read about but have no desire to be apart of. One day in Katingal serves as an eternity in Hell. Surely this is a place where even darkness fades and no light replaces it. Have I found my nightmare? This novel was the book I needed to help restart my hobby in reading as well as writing. It inspired me to dwell deep into my dark creative side as a writer. The book keeps you entertained and guessing with each page. Unpredictable is an understatement. Charles Gravo is the character that defines the concept of drawn between love and hate. He is the devil. He is the mafia lord. He is the master of masterminds and the power to power. He is Yäbälay........He is everything evil and no angel but yet we can not help but sympathize with his trials and tribulations as he tries to survive the city that is the furthest thing possible from a utopia. The author is clearly well educated in not only the philosophy of criminals but as well as the prison system and it's influence on criminals and correctional officers alike. The line is so thin to what is good and what is evil that it disappears after reading passed chapter 2. This epic novel had me questioned my own values of a human being. As a scholar in the area of criminal justice I must say that is quite impressive and I am beyond grateful to see themes relating to the study of criminology a I know when a book is great when I keep reading the same chapters not because of the structure but because I also found some sort of humor in the dark tone of the novel. I am looking forward to the next book! What made this book five stars? The tone as well as the great utilization of POV. The structure of each page and the invisible hand that lured us into a world we felt the pressure of. For a moment the United States did not exist to me. I was there walking with GRAVO every step of the way as I watched the metal and physical torment he endured. -Chris April 27, 2017
