About the Author :
Merrill Pereyra was born in Mumbai, India, on the September 23, 1963. When he was first opening his eyes, McDonald's were opening their 500th store in Toledo, Ohio. Fast-forward twenty-three years to 1987: McDonald's adds salads to their menu and Merrill Pereyra to their list of literally thousands of employees. Fast-forward again to 2001: McDonald's introduces the Big and Tasty Burger and also gave Merrill Pereyra the President's Award for the country's highest achiever and performer. In 2010, with an impeccable and impressive track record in executive management for McDonald's Greater Asia, the dynamic McDonald's and Pereyra collaboration came to a close. It was time for a change-it was time to do what he does best: motivate, educate, inspire, and help individuals and companies realize their brand potential and expand.
