About the Author :
With degrees in English (BA), international business (MBA), and organization and management (Ph.D.), Jeff Gauer has lived and worked all over the world using his talents and experience to improve business and the workplace. Organizations that Dr. Gauer has advised include the US Department of Labor, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ingersoll-Rand, the International Monetary Fund, Unicom International, and The World Bank Group. Jeff is a member of Mensa (The High IQ Society) and served as a commissioned officer in the US Army Intelligence Corps. As a manager and educator, Dr. Gauer specializes in organizational strategy and invisible disabilities in the workplace.
