You only need to read this book if you are serious about making significant enhancement and changes in your life. Why this book? There are many books written about how to free your soul, feed your soul, free your mind, love your planet; there are books about healing, stuff about the Universe, Heaven, Angels, Eastern philosophy, Orbs, and the Moon. This book is none of those. This book is a serious narrative explaining how the mind and body connection works, how to control your mind and body, and how every one of us is responsible for our own well-being and life. The narrative is full of techniques to facilitate change. Another difference in this book is that the techniques are supported with the best guess or understanding that science and philosophy has given us, up to the present time, as to the reason why the techniques work. There is no woo woo or magic implied, and therefore the text does explain the implications of cells, brain and other body function in some detail, because the author is committed to enabling the reader not to believe anything written in the book, but to know it. Know(ledge) is the enabler of self-responsibility, belief and faith disempowers through rules, insecurity, and control. The biology of how cells have developed, and how the brain has evolved with the mind, to create a record and recall process of memory, is explained. It is of importance that the narrative is carefully read as the science supports the techniques of change discussed. The only way you will know that the knowledge shared in this book works for everyone, every time, all the time, is to try it; without pre-judgment. Learn how to release yourself from the boundaries of your belief system. This book has been created to make you challenge your belief system. It will push buttons that will invoke emotions, and values, providing clear evidence that you are creating an illusion and living in that illusion. The book is written in a clear and blunt style; it does not set out to tell you what to do. It provides a narrative that should enable and empower you, the reader to make up your own mind. Please remember this is only a book of words ...it is not inferring right or wrong, good or bad; it is asking searching questions, and bringing together the best guess or understanding of certain knowledge, in order for you to know. It is my desire that readers find the narrative challenging, controversial, and thought provoking, causing conflict with their current belief system.
