About the Author :
Mike Bersin has worked in commercial radio for over 33 years; as copywriter, manager and creative director. For the last 12 years he has worked with radio groups large and small, all across the UK, in every category of business. His training is usually carried out using the radio station's own real-life clients, to give more authenticity and increased airtime and creative revenue for the sales execs and creatives.
