Although the book is written for potential airlines cabin crew positions, the content is an excellent resource for most jobs. If you are an applicant for cabin crew, Ms. Rogers presents a thorough and well articulated set of tools for you. She provides a complete process to follow to insure the highest probability of getting the job, from preparing your resume and cover letter, to the types of interviews, complete with questions, and how to successfully close out the process. There are questions the applicant can expect in a variety of topics, all relevant to the process. There are sample letters and resume, complete with the best templates for achieving success. During my law enforcement career, I was the Chief of Police, and among the responsibilities of the job was the recruiting and hiring of both commissioned and civilian personnel. The traditional testing methods included the application process, with resumes, interviewing candidates, and other steps. I found that the success rate was high, but the occasional flawed applicant would not be screened out. In part it was due to the same questions being asked year after year, so that potential applicants could predict the questions and prepare answers. I built new approaches, but none so comprehensive as the one Ms. Rogers presents in her book. This would have been an outstanding reference for us.
