About the Author :
ROGER STEARE is a Philosopher who works with a broad range of organizations throughout the world, to help people learn how to make better moral and ethical decisions. Roger is the author of the highly acclaimed "Ethicability: How to decide what's right and find the courage to do it", which has been endorsed by the best-selling "Mind Gym"; Citigroup, one of the world's largest financial services group; and the Institute of Business Ethics. He is a guest Lecturer of Organizational Ethics at Cass Business School, City University and is co-founder of the "Soul Gym" at Worth Abbey - BBC TWO's "The Monastery". The son of a Methodist preacher, Roger was educated at the Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe. He read History at London University and studied the History of Philosophy with the late Lord Conrad Russell, son of the philosopher Bertrand Russell. Roger is married to Jane and lives near Sevenoaks in Kent.
