About the Book

"Cabala, a journey on the Tree of Life" is a story I hope will be enjoyed by all; from people who have no conception of the Cabala or its meanings, to those who have studied its infinite paths for aeons. If one realisation; one new understanding of our existence may be experienced as you turn these pages...then all will have been worthwhile for me. If my writing may help to bring a new understanding, to such perplexing questions as; why do we kill our own children in wars? Or, why are we a self destructive species?...Then hopefully, some of humanities needless suffering may diminish. The story is intended to bring a basic understanding of the Cabala to people who may not have any knowledge of the concepts of cabalistic philosophy, which has for aeons been shrouded in mystery. The story follows the paths, and moves through the ten houses from the 'tree of life.' "Cabala, a Journey on the Tree of Life", explains in an easy to understand dialogue many of the influences and meanings derived from the Cabala. For those who wish to delve the fathomless occult depths of Cabalistic teachings, and hope to find the jewels from the crown of wisdom, many books are available from shops, or 'on-line.' I am but a humble spirit walking with a lamp held high within the infinite space of darkness. The story revolves around Camael, a man released from a long term prison. While Camael was locked in solitary confinement for many days, he was subjected to sensory depravation; existing in a 'bubble of nothing' he begins to have 'out of the body' experiences. The story begins when Camael has an encounter with Emer, a policewoman who attempts to arrest him within one hour of his being released. The two are placed at the beginning of the 'tree of life' and must complete the journey through the pathways and houses of the tree in order to return to the world of materiality; earth. The story evolves through a chain of events, the culmination of which is a horrific battle between the forces and legions of Good and Evil. Please bear in mind that the Cabala is a philosophy, and not a religion; the Cabala is in no way dogmatic, and the 'Tree of Life' is a diagrammatic representation of how the energies of our universe exist and work together as opposites. Please take my hand and walk with me, into the void where dreams or nightmares are made, and sometimes come true. Join with me and walk, amidst an intriguing unknown search for the answer to the infinite question. Why?
