About the Author :
William Walker Atkinson William Walker Atkinson (December 5, 1862 to November 22, 1932) was one of the most influential people in the early days of the New Thought Movement. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland. From 1882 onwards, Atkinson pursued a business career. In 1894 he was admitted as an attorney to the Bar of Pennsylvania. During his career he gained countless material success in his profession as a lawyer. His success came at a high price and the stress and strain eventually took its toll and after which he had a complete physical and mental breakdown, which eventually ended in financial disaster. At this point in his life he searched for mental and physical healing, and in soon found it in New Thought. He changed his life around, and attained great health, spiritual, mental wealth and material prosperity, which he attributed to the principles contained in Mind Power. He was associate editor of Suggestion, a New Thought Journal as well as editor of the popular New Thought Magazine. During his years his writings gained extreme popularity due to the advanced principles which he taught. He was also the founder of "Atkinson School of Mental Science". During 1916 to 1919 he was the editor of the Advanced Thought Journal. He was also the honorary president of the International New Thought Alliance. Atkinson was the author of close to a hundred books on New Thought, which became very popular and influential at the time, and is still popular to this day. The principles contained in his work are truly both timeless and priceless. Thomas Richard Muller Thomas Richard Muller, born in South Africa, (April 2, 1970) founded his first business at the age of 10. Thomas grew up on an African farm and spent most of childhood and early adult life looking at investment opportunities in Southern Africa. Thomas holds a Master of Science in International Securities, Investment and Banking, and is also an Associate Chartered Management Accountant. Thomas started his professional investment career in Johannesburg in 1994. He has worked for international firms such as JP Morgan, HSBC, and Societe Generale. Thomas has advised investors on investment deals in the billions of dollars of value, and held various positions as equity analyst, fund manager and also as the CEO of one of the largest technology investment management companies in South Africa. Thomas became very successful at an early age with a natural intuition for investing successfully in the stock market. Moved to the United Kingdom in 2000 to duplicate his investment success in both investing in Europe and the United States. Now an established international investor he spends his time looking at investment opportunities all over the world. His love and passion of personal growth and a better world for all inspired the study of the power of the mind. Thomas has the belief that the world can be a much better place, and people can achieve a lot more with their talents than they think and currently do. Thomas has applied the teachings of William Atkinson with great success for more than 20 years. Thomas attributes his success to that of mind power.
