Review :
Concerning the generic Quality Management System featured in ISO 9001:2000 for Small Businesses (3rd Edition)My predecessor had tried and failed to finish up an ISO9000 system over a four-year period. I intend to be successful. After browsing over your book, it looks like you offer everything I'll need to do so. I'm eager to start."Reviewer: David R. Shaddock, Director of Engineering, Kenwood Electrical Systems Ltd.Concerning the check sheets and example audit forms contained in ISO 9001:2000 Audit Procedures (2nd Edition)This must be the bargain of the year for any small business to use as a template for successful auditing to the international standard. In addition the sample documents are meticulously presented and are easy to follow. Consequently it enables both the layman and the expert to develop a comprehensive audit plan, checklists and audit reports. The contents enable current ISO 9001:1994 system users to easily transfer to the new standard. As a professional trainer I have found the book to be an invaluable aid to support training programmes. Any company purchasing the book will save thousands in consultancy feesReviewer: ga.wilson@ntlworld.com from Preston Lancashire UK
