International Association of Dry Cargo Shipowners (INTERCARGO) INTERCARGO is a trade association that represents the interests of the dry cargo shipping sector. While its membership is mainly drawn from bulk carrier shipowners, it also has a number of associate members. INTERCARGO holds Observer status at the International Maritime Organization and participates at its meetings. North of England P&I Association Ltd The North of England P&I Association, with offices in the United Kingdom, Greece and Hong Kong, is a leading international mutual marine liability insurer with well over 40 million GT of entered tonnage.
