About the Author :
Lou Ann Thompson is Professor of English and Rhetoric at Texas Woman's University, where she teaches British Romanticism, creative writing, and courses in film and visual rhetoric as well as a variety of other rhetoric classes. She has published creative work and scholarly articles on a wide variety of topics related to writing, literature, and film. She has taught at seven different universities, and was an editor for the New Mexico Humanities Review.
