Thomsett (Port Townsend, WA) is the author of Getting Started in Real Estate Investing, Getting Started in Options, and The Landlord's Financial Tool Kit(0-8144-7235-4) Joshua Kahr (New York, NY) owns Kahr Real Estate Services, a consulting company, and is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate at Columbia University.
