Review :
"With workplace demands increasing almost daily, this research-based approach to reducing burnout is most welcome. The fit between worker and job needn't be left to chance. Through this structured program, fit can be improved-which means both better job satisfaction and a better bottom line." (Robert Epstein, Ph.D., editor-in-chief, Psychology Today, University Research Professor, United States International University, and CEO, InnoGen International) "The authors' expertise in dealing with burnout has been extraordinarily useful to us as we push forward with organizational renewal. This package is a must-read for individuals who care about the workplace and how people relate to their work." (Gerald R. Lowell, university librarian, University of California, Berkeley) "The method described in the workbook is an effective approach to assessing a complex organization. It provides a means through which people throughout an organization can express their perspectives on the issues that affect their work." (David J. McCutcheon, president and chief executive officer, Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto) "A tool that pushes our understanding of workplace dynamics one step further. The organizational checkup provides the capacity and, more importantly, the opportunity for managers and employees to inquire, consider, and respond to many of the issues that plague organizations." (Timothy J. Matheson, private consultant and senior associate, Internal Audit Bureau, Human Resources Development Canada, Government of Canada)
