About the Book

Elsa Klensch, host of the groundbreaking CNN news magazine, Style with Elsa Klensch, is the author of the New York Times bestseller, Style with Elsa Klensch. When she retired from television, Elsa took with her many secrets, stories she'd never been able to tell...until now in The Third Sin. Television producer Sonya Iverson has a habit of stumbling over dead bodies. Wade Bruckheimer decides to sell a fabulous diamond that once belonged to his late mother. He needs money, and selling the Braganza seems the best way of getting it. His stepmother, Irina, is furious--that diamond is her ticket to every A-list party in New York. A few days before the sale, Wade is found dead in his luxurious apartment. Sonya was already working on a story about the diamond and immediately begins to cover the murder, to the dismay of her boyfriend, who fears that Sonya is putting herself in danger. Irina Bruckheimer is the first, but not the last, suspect. Esperanza's family want the Braganza back. There are long-standing rumors that Wade's high-maintenance wife is having an affair. Only Sonya, with her outsider's viewpoint, can sort through Wade Bruckheimer's life and find his killer.

Review :
Praise for Elsa Klensch "Readers of Barbara Taylor Bradford's novels will find the scandals and secrets Klensch's upper-crust family is hiding familiar and enjoyable territory." "--Booklist "on "Take Two ""Klensch is adept at drawing memorable characters and keeping the pace moving. The breathless conclusion barrels along with energy. A solid mystery with a pace like a volcanic eruption."--"Kirkus Reviews" on "Shooting Script ""Should appeal to Danielle Steele fans."--"Booklist" on "Shooting Script ""Entertaining and fast-paced." "--RT Book Reviews "on "Shooting Script ""The style expert's first novel is a hot mystery set in the fashion world, featuring a smart female producer who scoops a murder case." "--US Weekly "on "Live at 10:00, Dead at 10:15 ""After reading "Live at 10:00, Dead at 10:15", I know that Elsa Klensch will have as long and successful career as a writer as she did as a pioneering fashion journalist for CNN. Elsa proved that television coverage of fashion could be successful. Now she proves that she is as good at writing fiction as she is in front of a camera."--Oscar de la Renta on "Live at 10:00, Dead at 10:15 ""Only Elsa could fashion such a lively murderous tale."--Calvin Klein on "Live at 10:00, Dead at 10:15 ""The style expert's first novel is a hot mystery set in the fashion world, featuring a smart female producer who scoops a murder case. Kick back in your stilettos to find out who knocked off a mogul's wife: the supermodel, the designer, or her own hubby!"--"US Weekly" on "Live at 10:00, Dead at 10:15 ""If Mickey Spillane dealt in dress patterns and couture instead of lead and vengeance, this is the kind of book he'd write. The book is brisk and sharp, building to a satisfying and hilarious payoff."--"New York Post" on "Live at 10:00, Dead at 10:15"
