About the Author :
James P. Takona has a Ph.D. from Loyola University of Chicago. He is Associate Professor of Educational Technology and Media, and Chair of the Division of Education, LeMoyne-Owen College, Memphis, Tennessee. Roberta J. Wilburn has a Ph.D. from George Washington University. She is Associate Professor and Director of Early Childhood Education, Division of Education, LeMoyne-Owen College, Memphis, Tennessee.
