Review :
"This new book from Kogan Page is an important guide for students studying for the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) examination. The book covers all of the key topic areas in the CPC and is written in an accessible, 'easy to read' style with plenty of examples and case studies from industry. The self test questions at the end of each chapter are particularly helpful as they are written in a way which prepares students for the different types of assessment questions in the OCR and the CILT exams. For trainers preparing students for the exam and for individuals who already hold the CPC and who want to refresh their knowledge, they will find this guide to be a very useful reference book."
