The 20th century is notorious for several genocides beyond the infamous Nazi eradication of six million Jews, and this book covers three important cases in specific detail: Cambodia, Bosnia and Rwanda. Where will the first genocide of the 21st century occur? The author goes on to explorethe uneasy US relationship to the UN Genocide Convention and posits an analysis of US responses to genocide past and forthcoming: non-intervention followed by post-genocide justice.
